JAIPURI PRINT - Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the tags intact.

Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped may be returned for a full refund or exchange. You must provide a photo of the issue when requesting a return.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not been dispatched or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product or damaged goods).
